Job Summary: Our Client, a Multinational manufacturer headquartered in USA, is looking to hire a Regional Sales and Operations Planning Manager. The Regional S&OP;Manager is a leadership role and drives alignment with cross functional departments of the company. Regional S&OP;Manager will work across supply chain, operations, and sales to build and implement an efficient sales, inventory, and operations planning process in the region to improve demand forecast accuracy, lifecycle management, inventory metrics, and target attainment. Main Responsibilities: 1. Execute all facets of the S&OP;process to provide an optimum customer service level and working capital performance as defined by the organization’s business operating plans and strategic objectives Requirements: The successful candidate should be qualified with a degree in related discipline (Supply Chain Management, Business Management or Industrial Engineering) and professional certifications with a minimum of 10 years experience across supply chain; S&OP;experience preferred. Deep understanding of the requirements for manufacturing, logistics, marketing, sales, and finance along with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
