The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing S&M;programs targeted towards existing and new markets. The role’s main duty is to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company and to lead marketing projects. The role is also responsible for locating and screening potential business deals.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop impactful S&M;plans by their integration with consumer psychology, understanding people’s real needs and delivering the human touch with our service delivery.
2. Also aim to increase visibility and increase corporate partnerships with the implementation of strategic S&M;plans.
3. Establish performance measures, monitor results and evaluate the effectiveness of the S&M;plans, and make appropriate revisions to the plan as necessary.
4. Track new company launches, relocations or branchings and new projects through the media to convert leads to clients
5. Translate business plans to actionable items, insuring KPIs and priorities are met.
Requirements:
Successful candidate should be qualified with related bachelor’s degree and a minimum 10 years of experience in sales as well as marketing with a strong background in strategic planning and business development. Demonstrates strong business communication etiquettes and knowledge of the Recruitment industry and its current events.
