Key Responsibilities:
• Performs a variety of administrative tasks but not limited to phone support, drafting letters and agreements, preparation and distribution of correspondence, expense reporting, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing and copying, etc.
• Maintains e-documents system
• Liaises with relevant government bodies in order to ensure expediting of formalities and document processing
• Assist in performing marketing tasks to help sell or buy the properties, these tasks include creating advertisements, posting photos and videos of available properties, producing brochures and fliers, scheduling property tours and answering questions about advertised properties
• Maintains tenant, vendor and property files, including drawings, insurance certificates, financial guarantees, etc. in accordance with prescribed standards.
Skills:
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written
• Good skills with Microsoft Office
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Administration or equivalent
• Any 2-years related field experience is preferred
