A rapidly growing health care company is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant Specialist.
We are looking for a self-starter that is very motivated and aggressive, self-disciplined and results driven.
Main responsibilities:
• Coordinating job posting on Web sites, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks;
• Advertising job openings, recruiting applicants, perusing resumes globally;
• Responsible for screening all resumes submitted for open job positions to find the most qualified candidates;
• Create new training materials for employee training;
• Provides training for new and current employees;
• Providing various productivity reports;
• Managing company special projects;
• Managing company emails;
• Developing weekly/monthly reports;
• Providing online chat support;
• Appointment setting for company managers;
• Conducting special research projects.
Key Requirements:
• Advanced English;
• A minimum of 4 years of professional and related field experience;
• Expertise in human resources, especially related to recruitment and selection;
• Proven track record in meeting performance objectives;
• Strong oral, written and telephone communication skills;
• Proficiency in using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel,
• PowerPoint and Microsoft Word software;
• Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct;
• Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks under tight deadlines;
• Availability to work a flexible schedule;
