The successful candidate will work on a consultative basis with patients understanding their medical needs. The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial mindset, drive and motivation to be successful.
Main responsibilities:
• Outbound calls to customer and understand their specific needs, collect additional information and documentation for processing;
• Develop case reports for service providers;
• Work with service providers to provide price quotation to customers;
• Communicate multiple options based on customer request and needs;
• Ability to multitask and willingness to perform various team functions when requested;
• Responsible for setting up appointments;
• Maintain regular contact with prospects and customers.
Experience and Skills:
• Experience in sales / customer service / call center environment;
• Excellent communications skills in English both written and oral and a commitment to world class customer service;
• Strong working knowledge of personal computers (use of Word, Outlook, internet, etc.);
• Strong phone, data entry skills required;
• Knowledge of proper email etiquette and able to compose proper business emails;
• Effective listener and able to understand customer needs;
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients in a way that allows for a comfortable consultation;
• Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct;
• Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working in a team.
