1- Warehouse Supervisor - Almajdouie Group in Saudi
Purpose of the Job (Overall Accountability) -  The Job holder is responsible to support the warehouse storage off all materials, delivery of materials, and inventory functions. ¶ Principal Responsibilities / Accountabilities -  Supervise warehousing and storage of all materials.  Supervise the delivery of materials and supplies to all facilities upon schedule and/or request. Make emergency deliveries as needed. Insure accuracy of completed request forms.  Plan and direct the inventory and stock control programs (WMS), equipment and supplies. Maintain the inventory of supplies and coordinate the replacement and ordering of such.  Develop procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly replacement of existing movable equipment as it becomes obsolete or deteriorates.  Evaluate complaints received on equipment and supplies and take appropriate action.  Recommend for purchase replacement equipment not included in capital outlay budgets but requiring replacement during the year.  Interview all prospective warehouse employees and make recommendations on persons to be employed there.  Supervise employees assigned to the warehouse and do personnel evaluations.  Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide training experience as needed. Conduct disciplinary action as needed. Recommend dismissal of employees.  Supervise processing of all receiving reports on all shipments received through the warehouse.  Responsible for delivery of all items received at the warehouse to the facilities on a daily basis.  Maintain records of supplies and materials entering and leaving the warehouse. ¶ يرجى ارسال السير الذاتيه فى اقرب وقت ممكن لتحديد موعد المقابله.

Principal Responsibilities / Accountabilities -  Receiving and shipping accuracy is greater than 99.8% across all shifts.  Pick and pack accuracy is greater than 99.5% across all shifts.  To support cycle counting activity and to ensure team do not adversely affect the result.  To ensure that all procedures and working practices adhere to those defined in International Operations Manual.  To work with management and all interfacing departments.  To ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company Environmental, Health & Safety policy.  To maintain a professional and polite attitude at all times.  To ensure warehouse, including racking, is kept clean and tidy at all times.  To ensure that all MHE defects/damages are reported.  Undertake other duties that may from time to time prove necessary ¶ يرجى ارسال السير الذاتيه فى اقرب وقت ممكن لتحديد موعد المقابله
