1 - Q.S. ENGINEERS – MECHANICAL
Qualification - B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed college / university.
Experience - - Should have at least 5 – 7 years experience in building construction, and infrastructure; of these years should be experienced in quantity surveying or bidding section doing quantity take-off, pricing, estimating, scheduling, resources estimation etc.. (preferably had previous experience in Saudi Arabia or G.C.C. in a related position).

2 - Q.S. ENGINEERS – ELECTRICAL
Qualification - B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from a reputed college / university
Experience - - Should have at least 5 – 7 years experience in Civil construction building and utilities; of these years should be experienced in quantity surveying or bidding section doing quantity take-off, pricing, estimating, scheduling, resources estimation etc.. (preferably had previous experience in Saudi Arabia or G.C.C. in a related position). - Should be able to study drawing, specifications, contract documents can use means and building construction cost data and Electrical international standards & codes. - Should be skilled with computer applications MS Word, MS Excel, (MS Office), Timberline precision estimating program is a plus. With reasonable speed of typing. - Should have good practical experience or HV, MV distribution works in general. - Familiar with all types of Electrical conducts, wiring, fittings, cable trays, junction boxes & wires, Electrical Circuits, standby generators, switch boards & panel boards, dry transformers, motor control center, grounding system, lighting fixtures, exit lighting, receptacles. Disconnect switches, Fire Alarm system, clock system, public address and telephone system, audio visual system, MTVA & CCTV system

3 - QUALITY CONTROL - ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
He should hold a qualification from a well-recognized University, with good experience at least 5 years in supervision and should worked minimum 2 years in a first graded (A category) Construction firms. The minimum knowledge requirements are as following: 3-5 years experienced; at least 2 years in supervision as a consultant or QA / QC. Should be experienced sites in all of the Electrical, Low Voltage & Communication Systems that can be summarized as following: - a) Power Distribution, b) BEMS c) Fire Alarm d) Public Address e) Paging System f) CCTV & MATV g) Nurse Call & Life Saver Systems h) Power & Control of the related mechanical works like HVAC & Pumps Systems. Good knowledge of the Electrical Standards, such as NEC & British Standards. Applicants have experienced in special projects like Hospitals, Hotels and high-rise buildings is definitely a plus. He should be self-motivated and energetic Engineer. A key play can work with multi-national staff. He should be able to write and communicate in English language
