• Prepare Original Documents From Head Office(Invoice, Packing List, health Cert)
• Get Special Rate From Shipping Lines(FCL 20&40;/Dry-Reefer).
• Get Special Rate From Transport Co.
• Booking on Maersk Site.
• Booking on Safmarine Site.
• Monthly Report To Export Manager about Export Goods(Clearance Fees+In Land Cost+THC Cost).
• Make Shipping Details For Each Client .
• Control Chart For Loading Goods .
• Control Chart For Different Rates From Shipping Lines .
• Good relation with the shipping companies (MAERSK, WecLine, CMA, MSC, Iran Misr, Latt, Evergreen, Safmarine, yang Ming, UASC, Hamburg Sud….etc).
• Review all the invoices sent from our Broker And Transportaion Co. before send it to the finance for payments
