1. Maintain corporate branding and image in all marketing and customer-facing activities
2. Participate actively with creative and innovative ideas in all marketing activities (product launch, new flyers, new saving programs, promotions etc…) based on the pre-set marketing strategies and objectives.
3. Coordinate and liaise with graphic designers and agencies to develop required artwork designs related to various marketing activities to communicate an intended message and obtain approvals from the regional marketing director.
4. Coordinate and liaise with media and print houses and advertising agencies to ensure timely deliveries as per the predefined Scope of Work and that they receive their due payments timely in coordination with the Accounting Department.
5. Liaise with subcontracted agencies/freelancers with regards to press releases upon launching new product(s), announcing new achievements and/or participating in strategic marketing events/exhibition, ensuring appropriate PR coverage.
6. Organize and manage customer events and company’s participation in tradeshows including all related activities and logistics (booth preparation, equipment availability, representatives’ availability, etc.)
7. Organize and manage webinars and virtual training events.
8. Collect and maintain updated information about competition (including the latest training price lists, brochures, flyers…etc.) and ensure its availability for Training Account Managers’ reference through publishing on the company’s intranet.
9. Develop and manage all regional e-marketing activities and communications including electronic newsletters and announcements.
10. Responsible for all lead generation activities and ensure proper reporting.
11. Update the Sales Teams with the e-marketing campaigns’ results and ensure proper follow up on potential opportunities and leads.
12. Maintain and administers company websites (Corporate and Training websites) to ensure proper functionality and ongoing updates. This includes publishing promotions, saving programs, news and success stories in coordination with internal teams.
13. Monitors all competition’s training websites to drive website competitive intelligence and ensure competitive web presence
14. Participates actively with creative and innovative web-related ideas based on the pre-set marketing strategies and objectives
Skills
- Bachelor degree (preferably in Business Administration/Marketing). Concentration in Marketing is a plus
- English fluency is a must
- Minimum of one or tow years of relevant experience in online marketing
- Experience in working with e-marketing software and tools
- Knowledge of HTML
- Knowledge of web design concepts is preferable
- Ability to work under pressure
