1.Provides comments and recommendations for planning and scheduling requirements relative to staffing and project control.
2.Reviews and evaluates schedule durations for all disciplines activities relative to the support of project milestones.
3.Establishes milestones for the total project or major portions of the project.
4.Reviews and evaluates schedule durations for all disciplines activities relative to the support of project milestones.
5.Calculation of durations and other considerations affecting activity durations.
6.Plans, organizes, and supervises schedule resource loading and leveling.
7.Responsible for leading the development and review of schedule recovery plans, including evaluation of additional resources/costs required to effect such plans.
8.Responsible for preparing and presenting the Schedule Impact Reports “Daily , Weekly, Monthly”.
9.Prepare The Project Budget.
10.Prepares and analyzes comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data between projects.
11.Control the Resources of Project (Manpower – Equipments – Material)
12.Follow up of construction activities of project team, sub-Contractors, and suppliers of materials and equipments.
13.Issue purchase requisitions as required to restock depleted materials & work with procurement to ensure stock replenishment is done on time.
14.Review the direct purchase requisitions raised by users to check availability in stock & work with procurement to ensure material availability on time
15.Implementation the corrective maintenance activities using Maximo 5.2
16.Coordinating with all sections for Construction performance.
17.Communicating with project dept. to insure that the execution procedure (job plan) of the project activities is satisfying the owner strategy and philosophy HSE.
